The Killing of Sister George, by Frank Marc

Event Date: Thursday, May 5 (All day) to Saturday, May 7 (All day)
Location: The Lab, CA 104

Set in ‘Swinging Sixties’ London, popular BBC radio soap star, June Buckridge known in the Radio show as Sister George, suspects that she is being written out of ‘Applehurst’ perhaps due to ratings or could it be her devil-may-care conduct and a panache for novitiate nuns or perhaps just too much gin. Of course the fact that the BBC executive Miss Mercy Croft has taken a shine to George’s girlfriend Childie might be another factor. This ground breaking black comedy is an emotional roller coaster guaranteed to please.
