Graduation Application Process

Steps for the graduation application process:

  • Due to TH&D Front Desk by: February 12th
  • Due at Registrar: February 16th
  1. Fill out Degree Planning Worksheet, and have it signed by your major advisor.
    (Worksheets and a list of the advisors can be found on the Advising Worksheets page of this website and/or in CA 103 during office hours.)
  2. Print out Unofficial Transcripts.
    (Transcripts are found by logging into your sfsu.edu academic account in Gateway.)
  3. Complete the Graduation Exit Survey (THA&DANCE SURVEY ONLY this is not the University's)
    (This is a Qualtrics Survey found here and must be completed and proof of completion attached before turning in your graduation application.)
  4. Turn your completed application packet to the front desk in CA 103.
    NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
  5. Finally, PICK UP your signed application from the front desk February 13-16 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and turn into the registrar by no later than Friday, February 16, 2018 by 5 p.m.
