Todd has worked professionally as a costume designer for theatre and dance from Seattle to San Diego as well as film and major industrials for the past 25 years. BFA in Theatre - University of Arizona (1987), M.F.A. - California Institute of the Arts (1990). A proud member of United Scenic Artists local 829, he has collaborated with award winning directors, designers, choreographers and actors, and been honored for his work with several prestigious critics awards himself. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in design.
